  <description>&lt;p&gt;It is day 3 of my juice fast and i&apos;m goin strong!&lt;br /&gt;so far i&apos;ve lived off water, juice and tea(i&apos;m not sure if it&apos;s allowed in a juice fast, but it&apos;s got no calories and it gives me a caffinee boosttt!!!) for the past 3 days. yes i&apos;ve had cravings but i must remember- craving is just a feeling-and god knows i don&apos;t need another one of those hanging over my head.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;my juice fast isn&apos;t suppose to end until sunday(thats my last day) but i&apos;m suppose to go to this big family supper.&lt;br /&gt;and i don&apos;t want to gain back all the weight that i&apos;ve lost on this juice fast(so far) because then it will just be for nothing!&lt;br /&gt;hopefully everyone will be too busy with everything else that they won&apos;t notice that i&apos;m not really eating that much, or spitting out my food into the napkin. i&apos;ve done so well thus far i dont want to gain all that weight back!!&lt;br /&gt;hope everyone is good!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CW: 125&lt;br /&gt;HW:140&lt;br /&gt;LW: 112&lt;br /&gt;GW: 110&lt;br /&gt;GW2: 105&lt;br /&gt;GW3:100&lt;br /&gt;Height: 5&apos;11&lt;br /&gt;Sex: Female&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;think thin and stay strong!! xxx&lt;br /&gt;Lane&lt;/p&gt;</description>

  <description>today was/is a good day, here is what i ate:&lt;br /&gt;water&lt;br /&gt;tea&lt;br /&gt;fresh squeezed orange juice&lt;br /&gt;3 shrimp&lt;br /&gt;venti skinny caffe mocha&lt;br /&gt;1 asparagus stalk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then i went for 6 km walk and burnt 293 cal. so hopefully most of that venti coffee.&amp;nbsp;i needed the energy though, so i had to give in. still i think i could cut it down more. it feels sooo good to be back, i felt like a pig when i was eating, this just gives me so much more self esteem to keep going and not give up. i&apos;m running out of excuses at supper though...any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;well i&apos;m off, see you!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;think thin xxx&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh and i weighed myself at my friends house last night and i&apos;m 140lbs!!!!&lt;br /&gt;i could not believe it, i didn&apos;t think i gained that much weight! i&apos;m telling myself it&apos;s just muscle, but its hard to believe. my goal is to get down to 110 at LEAST if not less. i&apos;m tall though so it&apos;ll be hard, but i think i can do it.&amp;nbsp;</description>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;Hey everyone, i&apos;m a newbie to this livejournal site. I&amp;nbsp;think i&apos;m going to enjoy it because i used to write everything down, but i prefer type waaaaaaayyyyyy better, it&apos;s a lot&amp;nbsp;faster. so today was a disaster...my mum made this massive supper(and she&amp;nbsp;NEVER cooks hah) so i&amp;nbsp;had to&amp;nbsp;eat some chicken, and salad..a few fries too, but i ate as little as possible. I told them that i had a sandwich after school(which i usually would have) so it was no biggie. but still not too impressed with myself right now. i&apos;ll just eat nothing but water and tea tomorrow to make up for it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;i&apos;ll let you know how it goes!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lane&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
